🖥️ Step-by-Step Application Process

Step 1: MNSSBY Portal पर Registration (5-10 minutes)

1. Official portal open करें: 7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in
2. Homepage पर "New Applicant Registration" button पर click करें
3. अपनी details भरें:
   • पूरा नाम (Aadhaar के according)
