The UPES Dehradun cutoff for 2024 is yet to be officially released. However, candidates can refer to the expected cutoffs based on previous years to get an idea of the required scores for various MBA programs. The table below outlines the expected cutoffs for different entrance exams in 2024.

UPES Selection Process 2024:

Admission to the MBA programs at UPES will be based on the UPESMET entrance exam, or valid scores from national-level entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, NMAT, CMAT, and GMAT. After securing a valid score in one of these exams, candidates will be called for the subsequent Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds.

Key Points to Note:

  • Exemption from UPESMET:
    • For MBA programs such as Oil & Gas, Power Management, Energy Trading, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, and International Business, candidates with a MAT score of 80 percentile or higher will be exempt from UPESMET. They will only need to attend the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds if qualified.
    • For MBA programs in Port & Shipping Management, Aviation Management, Urban Infrastructure & Development, Business Analytics, HR, Operations, Marketing, and Finance, candidates with a MAT score of 75 percentile or above will also be exempt from UPESMET.
    • Valid scores from CAT, XAT, CMAT, NMAT, or GMAT will be accepted for these programs as well.
