Expected Category-Wise Cutoff for JEE Advanced Eligibility

The qualifying cutoff percentile determines who is eligible to register for JEE Advanced 2026 (for IIT admissions). Here are the expected cutoffs based on previous trends:

General

Percentile
OBC-NCL
79–82
Percentile
Gen-EWS
80–82
Percentile
SC
60–62
Percentile
ST
47–49

💡
Note: These are expected cutoff percentiles based on expert analysis. The official cutoffs will be released by NTA along with the results. Meeting the cutoff only makes you eligible for JEE Advanced — actual NIT/IIIT/GFTI admission requires a much higher percentile based on JoSAA counselling.
