How to Check Your Seat Allotment

Follow these steps to download the allotment order:

Step 1. Open the counselling portal cap.apcfss.in.
Step 2. Click the AP EAPCET 2026 Phase 1 seat allotment link.
Step 3. Enter your hall ticket number, registration number and date of birth.
Step 4. View the allotted college, branch and category of admission.
Step 5. Download the allotment order and take at least two printouts.

💡
Keep a soft copy of the allotment order on your phone. Colleges ask for it again during fee payment and admission entry.

Documents to Carry for Reporting

Colleges verify original certificates during the reporting window. Arrange these before you travel:

• Phase 1 allotment order printout
• AP EAPCET 2026 rank card and hall ticket
• Class 10 marksheet and Intermediate marksheet
• Transfer certificate and study certificates for Classes 6 to 12
• Caste certificate and income certificate, where applicable
• Aadhaar card and recent passport-size photographs
• Fee payment receipt, if the college asks for advance payment

📌
Carry originals plus two photocopy sets. Verification is done on originals, but colleges retain attested copies for their records.

What Students Should Do Next

If you are satisfied with the allotted seat: complete online self-reporting on the portal, then report physically at the college within the window and confirm admission.

If you want a better college or branch: read the official phase 2 notification before you decide. Confirming a Phase 1 seat generally keeps you eligible for upward movement, while skipping reporting altogether can cost you the seat you already hold.

If you were not allotted any seat: wait for the next phase notification. Vacant seats from candidates who do not report are added to the pool for the following round.
