- Visit the official portal: vyapam.cgstate.gov.in
- Click on "Results & Merit List" tab
- Select "CG PET / PPHT Entrance Result 2026"
- Enter your Roll Number and submit
- Download and print your official scorecard displaying total marks and overall state rank.
