COMEDK UGET 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Released: Decision Matrix, Fee Payment & College Reporting Guidelines
The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has declared the Round 1 Seat Allotment Results for engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) courses for the 2026-27 academic year. Thousands of non-Karnataka and Karnataka engineering aspirants who qualified in COMEDK UGET 2026 can view their seat assignment on the applicant candidate login at comedk.org.
Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 must exercise one of the four decision options and complete online tuition fee payment before the strict deadline.

1. Accept & Freeze
- Select if you are 100% satisfied with the allotted college and branch.
- Pay the prescribed tuition fee online, print the Online Confirmation Letter, and physically report to the college before August 3, 2026.
2. Accept & Upgrade
- Select if you want to hold your current Round 1 seat while participating in Round 2 for a higher preference choice.
- Mandatory: You must pay the total tuition fee online to hold the seat. If you get a higher preference in Round 2, the Round 1 seat is automatically cancelled and transferred.
3. Reject & Upgrade
- Select if you are not satisfied with the allotted seat and wish to forfeit it, but want to continue participating in Round 2 for higher preference choices.
- No tuition fee payment is required for Round 1.
4. Reject & Withdraw
- Select if you are not satisfied with the allotment and wish to exit the COMEDK counselling process entirely.
📋 Documents Required for College Reporting
When physically visiting the allotted COMEDK engineering institute in Karnataka, candidates must present:
- Original COMEDK UGET 2026 Admit Card & Rank Card
- Online Seat Allotment Letter & Fee Receipt
- Class 10 SSLC Marksheet (for Date of Birth proof)
- Class 12 PUC / 10+2 Marksheet
- ID Proof (Aadhaar / Passport / PAN Card)
- Category / Religious / Linguistic Minority Certificate (if applicable)
