🏃 Phase-II Physical Fitness Test (PFT) Requirements
Qualified candidates will receive admit cards for Phase-II Recruitment Rallies conducted by their respective AROs. The Physical Fitness Test includes the following scoring metrics:
1. 1.6 Km Run (Group I & Group II)
- Group I (Up to 5 Min 30 Sec): 60 Marks
- Group II (5 Min 31 Sec to 5 Min 45 Sec): 48 Marks
2. Beam (Pull Ups)
