What Is Being Released

The city intimation slip is an advance notice, not a hall ticket. It tells a candidate which city has been allotted for the NEET PG 2026 exam.

NBEMS issues it roughly two to three weeks before the exam so that candidates travelling from another state can arrange trains, flights and accommodation in time.

The slip does not carry the centre address, the reporting time or the shift details. All of that appears on the admit card released later in the month.

How to Download the City Intimation Slip

Step 1. Visit the official NBEMS website natboard.edu.in.
Step 2. Open the NEET PG 2026 city intimation slip link on the homepage.
Step 3. Log in with your registered user ID and password.
Step 4. Check the allotted exam city displayed on screen.
Step 5. Download the slip as a PDF and save a copy on your phone.

Important Points for Candidates

• The allotted city is final. It is decided from the preferences you filled at registration and cannot be changed afterwards.
• Check that your name, roll number and application number on the slip match your records. Report any mismatch to NBEMS immediately.
• Do not carry the city slip as your entry document. Only the admit card is valid at the exam centre.
• Keep your registered email and mobile number active. Corrections and centre notices go out through these channels.

What Students Should Do Next

Tomorrow: download the slip as soon as the link is active and confirm your city.

This week: lock in travel and stay if your city is outside your home town. Centres in metros fill up hotel availability quickly around exam weekends.

On August 27: download the admit card, note the exact centre address and reporting time, and do a trial run of the route if the centre is unfamiliar.
