1. Merit-based Scholarships

  • Eligibility:
    • Minimum 60% in the qualifying examination (for undergraduate courses).
    • Minimum 70% in the qualifying examination (for postgraduate courses).
  • Scholarship Amount:
    • Undergraduate Programs: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 annually.
    • Postgraduate Programs: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 annually.

2. Scholarships for SC/ST Students

  • Eligibility:
    • Must belong to SC or ST category.
    • Family income must be less than ₹2.5 lakh/annum.
  • Scholarship Amount:
    • Up to 100% of tuition fees, based on Government guidelines.

3. Post-Matric Scholarship (for OBC/SEBC Students)

  • Eligibility:
    • Must belong to OBC (Other Backward Classes) or SEBC (Socially and Educationally Backward Classes).
    • Family income must be less than ₹1 lakh/annum.
  • Scholarship Amount:
    • Up to ₹30,000 per year for eligible students.

4. Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS)

  • Eligibility:
    • Family income must be less than ₹8 lakh/annum.
    • Admission is based strictly on merit (through the university admission committee).
  • Benefits:
    • Full tuition fee waiver for the entire course duration (typically 3 to 4 years depending on the program).
  • Details:
    • 10% of total seats in each course are reserved under TFWS. (Example: For 100 seats, 10 TFWS seats).

5. Financial Assistance for Differently-abled Students

  • Eligibility:
    • Must be a student with a recognized disability.
    • Annual family income must be less than ₹5 lakh.
  • Scholarship Amount:
    • Up to ₹20,000 annually, based on government norms.

6. EBC (Economically Backward Classes) Scholarships

  • Eligibility:
    • Must belong to the EBC category.
    • Family income should not exceed ₹1 lakh per annum.
  • Scholarship Amount:
    • Up to ₹15,000 per annum.
